The Challenge

BIOLUXBuilt came to us as an idea without a name. The founders had a premium WPC (wood-plastic composite) product line—fencing, decking, gates, wall cladding, and bin enclosures—but needed everything else: a brand identity that could compete with established players, a website that looked as premium as the product, and a go-to-market strategy.

The Approach

We started with naming. After dozens of rounds exploring positioning (eco-friendly? luxury? durability?), we landed on BIOLUXBuilt—"Bio" signals the sustainable materials, "Lux" positions it as premium, and "Built" grounds it in construction and permanence.

The logo system was designed to flex across product divisions. A modular bar system allows each division (Fencing, Decking, Gates, Enclosures) to have its own identity while clearly belonging to the BIOLUXBuilt family. The color palette—sage greens, warm caramel, and deep charcoal—reinforces the natural-meets-luxury positioning.

The website needed to do heavy lifting: educate homeowners and contractors about WPC benefits, showcase the product range, and generate qualified leads. We built it with architectural photography, clear product navigation, and prominent calls-to-action.

The Sales Strategy

Beyond the brand, we developed a detailed 3-year sales plan: market positioning, pricing strategy, contractor outreach programs, Instagram lead generation tactics, and month-by-month milestones. The goal was to give the founders a clear roadmap from launch to sustainable growth.

The Result

BIOLUXBuilt launched with a brand that looks and feels like it belongs alongside industry leaders. The modular brand system gives them flexibility to expand product lines without losing coherence. The website and sales strategy are now driving contractor inquiries and homeowner interest across Southern California.
