Eze Sur Mer needed to launch their first eCommerce presence—fast. They had beautiful product but no platform, no photography direction, and no clear visual system for the web. They needed someone who could figure it all out.
The challenge: build an entire eCommerce operation from scratch while developing the brand's digital visual identity.
We took a learn-as-you-go approach. Developed the visual aesthetic that would translate their Riviera-inspired clothing into a cohesive digital experience. Art directed professional photoshoots capturing both lifestyle moments and clean product shots. Then custom-built a Shopify storefront that matched the brand's breezy, premium positioning.
Sometimes the best projects are the ones where you don't know what you're doing at the start. The willingness to figure it out—combined with a strong foundation in design and branding—can take you further than expertise alone.
This project proved that creative problem-solving and a bias toward action beats waiting until you feel "ready."
